pups from reputable breeders are sold on spay/neuter contracts unless going to
show homes. That is how Pien Ji kids are sold, and if someone is
selling pups otherwise, you would be better off looking elsewhere for a
reputable breeder. And reputable breeders likely sell pups for less than
the others! Sounds like a win-win, doesn't it?

Pien Ji's Cherchez La Rouge
You could look a VERY long time and not find a cuter Shih Tzu than Cher (BISS CH Katmandu Easter Parade x Ginger Bear). Weighing in at 9.25 surprising pounds (she looks smaller, but has a brick for a body and wonderful, sturdy bone), she is a small, red whirlwind. Life is a big game to Cher- and you can see that when she is in the ring. She flies around, head up with a loose lead, and her tail is wagging like an unfurled flag the entire time. She looks so tiny standing, it will take you completely by surprise that she can run with the big dogs- at class, she can keep pace with the Akitas!
But when quiet time comes, her huge, dark eyes can just mesmerize you as she stares right into your soul much the way her big brother, Red Fred does. Her disposition is sweet, sweet, sweet- she has never exhibited the slightest amount of meanness to any living being- even pesky niece & nephew puppies!
