All pups from reputable breeders are sold on spay/neuter contracts unless going to show homes. That is how Pien Ji kids are sold, and if someone is selling pups otherwise, you would be better off looking elsewhere for a reputable breeder. And reputable breeders likely sell pups for less than the others! Sounds like a win-win, doesn't it?

**If Buyer cancels purchase of the puppy, any monies paid will be held until the puppy sells, and then any loss to the Seller will be deducted from the refund amount.
By signing this contract, I agree to have this puppy spayed or neutered at approximately 6 months of age. Proof of this must be sent to the Breeder. The AKC papers will be limited registration (Non Breeding.). (Remember to have puppy's teeth checked for retained baby teeth when puppy is taken in for spay/neuter.)
The puppy can be picked up no earlier than 12 weeks old. If the puppy's purchase price is not fully paid as agreed, the Buyer agrees to forfeit any claim to this puppy. Puppy is to be returned to the Breeder if the puppy does not satisfy the Buyer. The Breeder will resell the puppy. If the puppy is returned within one month of purchase, the Buyer will recover the initial purchase price when the puppy is resold. After one month, every attempt will be made to recover the Buyer's purchase price less Breeder's reasonable board and care costs until the puppy resells, but as the puppy is older, the price may need to be reduced for a timely resale.
I guarantee this puppy to be healthy and free of disease for two weeks following purchase. It is suggested that the buyer have a puppy 'healthy puppy check' done at Buyer's veterinarian. This check will be done at the Buyer's expense. Puppy will have first two puppy shots and two wormings done. (There is a record below.). The Breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred after purchase.
I guarantee this dog to be free of genetic disease until the age of 24 months. The extent of this guarantee is that the puppy will be replaced with a healthy puppy from another litter or the purchase price will be refunded if no puppies are available within the next 12 months. The defective dog must be returned to the Breeder. The Buyer will pay any shipping costs associated with replacement. The original dog must be returned to the Breeder, or no replacement will be given. No veterinary costs will be paid by the Breeder.
If at any time, during the dog's life, it is no longer wanted, the puppy is to be returned to the breeder unless other arrangements agreeable to the breeder are made. The owner will be refunded any monies garnered from the resale of the pup after a reasonable deduction for board and care and any other expenses. The price shall be no more than the original purchase price, and shall be in accordance with the age and condition of the pup.

Puppy has NOT had shots for Leptospirea, as many young animals react to the shot, and the likelihood of getting Lepto is very low. Ask your vet is it is a concern in your area.
Rabies has NOT been given. Suggest rabies given at 6 months, NOT within one month of any other puppy vaccination.
